Limited Series | Mama Portraits

I love making original artwork for people but my primary source of work isn't mamas and papas or friends.

Since I've been spending afternoons working in the Library studio space, I reconnected with my love to ink on paper. I've been experimenting with flowers, birds, and bold shapes, mostly influenced by the early signs of spring. I thought it would be fun do a limited series of custom portraits for mother's day.

Each one is different, they can be customized with flowers or birds. You tell me how many babies you want with the mama in the ordering process. Shipping is free (before April 15th), everything is packaged with care and love. :)

Place your order here and email me with any questions or requests!

Richland Library | Artist-in-Residence

Happy 2018 Friends!

I'm kicking off 2018 with a bit of celebration, starting next week I'll be the latest Artist-in-Residence at Richland Library

Richland Library isn't just a library in our city, it's a community center, a place for making and learning, a place where you can talk to a social worker, participate in story time and take an unbelievable amount of *FREE* creative classes! Really, this library, less than 2 miles from my house, is in the top five in the nation. It's amazing.

I'll be holding workshops in their space for the next four months. I'll have a little studio space on the second floor (come say hi!) and I will have office hours on T/Th from 3:00-5:00 each week.

My work is currently up in their amazing gallery/entrance and I'm having a talk about my work on February 1st.

I collaborated with the Library back in December on these fun Holiday cards.

Giant Thank You Card

I recently made a giant Thank You card for my friends at Downtown Church. Here is a video of my process. Lots of erasing and sweat were involved in this process! :)
